Sachin Sagare, born in May 1981 is from Pandharpur, Maharashtra. As this talented artist belongs from the rural area, he was inspired by the strong and hardworking women that he saw all around him. He is renowned for his art that takes you on a journey through the multifaceted world inhabited by women. Sachin believes that women play a vital role in shaping the values and culture of a society as his works are simple, honest renditions of the myriad expressions and yet unexpressed voices of women. He depicts rustic scenes of village life in his distinct contemporary style. The radiant women in his beautiful artworks are enchanting with their subtle grace and beauty draped in reds, yellows, oranges, and deep blues.
